This listing is for 1 embroidered PATCH and 1 brand new WORK SHIRT in the size of your choice. As is, this brand new work shirt comes with the patch unattached.However, if you like, at no extra charge, we will attach the patch to the shirt for you. Just be sure to include a note with your Paypal payment stating either "attached" or "unattached".If no note is included, we will send the shirt with the patch ATTACHED. The patch is an officially licensed, high quality, embroidered emblem.
