This is a lined, black skirt from Metro Wear. There are no tags signifying size (XL?) or fabric content (cotton or cotton blend is what I think) so please check the measurements. The waist is elastic. The skirt has diagonal seams that swirl all around the dress with black embroidered flowers outlining the seams in the front. The measurements laid flat are: waist=18” (un-stretched), hips =30”. The skirt is 29” long. I see no stains, rips or holes — the skirt is in very nice preowned condition. I have washed it in cold water, gentle cycle and I hung it up to dry. Please see the photos as they’re part of the description. Smoke-free, pet-free home.
