RESTOCKING FEES Customers need to be aware that if an item is returned opened but was originally sold “Factory sealed” and “Unopened”, customers may be charged up to 15% restocking fee. This fee is typically charged to protect sellers from any potential losses incurred from not being able to sell the item as new again. RETURN POLICYWe accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please submit a return request through your eBay dashboard and you will be provided with the proper return label. BEST OFFERS If Best Offer is available, you will find a button under Buy It Now. Many of our listings are already marked at the lowest available price, and will not have the Best Offer feature in place. If you are purchasing only one item, please take into account that we must cover our costs, which includes the item, shipping and handling, and eBay and PayPal fees. We are more than happy to consider all offers, but please make sure it is a fair price on both ends. If you are sending a BEST OFFER and then decide to BUY IT NOW instead, please cancel your offer to avoid confusion and double charging. PAYMENTWe only accept PayPal and we are required to collect sales tax on all purchases shipped to Georgia. If you make an offer and it is accepted please make payment within 24 hours of purchase. SHIPPING We only ship to the United States, specifically the 48 contiguous states: we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We do not ship to APO/FPO and prefer a physical address rather than a P.O. Box, as our larger packages are sent via Fedex/UPS. All orders are shipped the same day that payment clears, or next day if it is after 4 p.m. EST. Orders submitted on Friday after 4 p.m. will be shipped the following business day. We provide a tracking number for all purchases. FEEDBACK We leave positive feedback for all buyers upon shipping. We ask that if you are not satisfied with our product or service, please contact us so we have the chance to fix the issue before you leave neutral or negative feedback. CONTACT US We strive to review offers and answer questions quickly, but please be aware that we are a brick and mortar business with retail hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST. Messages submitted late in the day will be answered the next business day, and weekend messages may not be answered until the following Monday.
