We will provide proper delivery tracking information to customer.If the delivery tracking states delivery to the shipping address provided by Customer, then Customer will accept this tracking as final proof of delivery, even in the event the customer did not sign for package. -If address provided is a PO Box We may also need a physical address for some shipping. -Shipping Issues Customer must notify us within 14 days of any shipping problems and we will work through how to correct it. We try to get your order to you as fast as possible, but please understand the post office sometimes takes longer that estimated times. We will continue to monitor the tracking of your package, and if it appears it is lost or will not arrive to your location, we will contact the post office and contact you Customer is responsible for providing correct shipping address information. If the package was shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer takes full responsibility to retrieve package.
