All of our clothing items are bought new. We store them in a climate controlled facility and handle them with care. Most of our items come from stores, either off the shelves or off the hangers. Through that and shipping, they could have some wrinkles upon delivery. We don’t steam items before delivery as we want to sell them in original condition. We use stock and our own photos to give you the best possible view of the item. Color tone is not always replicated perfectly. If you have any issues when it arrives, please reach out. We will do our best to make it right. Our number one goal is your happiness! Thank you for considering us!
